Follow Me: follow me to the cross

This is week we continue the ‘follow me’ theme, but now it is following Jesus to the cross. Not to go on the cross with him, but to come to the cross where he took our burdens so we could be free. Today will be a somewhat sober reminder that it our sin that put Jesus on the cross. However, it is also an invitation to a fresh start, by bringing whatever is dogging us, pinning it to the cross, so we can move on and follow Jesus better.
